Finish carpentry is the work that makes a house feel finished, and it's judged entirely on the details you're not supposed to notice — the miter that closes tight, the reveal that stays even, the joint that disappears under a coat of paint. We install baseboard, casing, and crown molding, hang interior doors and set their hardware so they swing true and latch clean, and build custom shelving and built-ins that fit the space instead of fighting it.

We also do the trim details that give a room character without a full remodel — wainscoting, an accent wall, a mudroom bench with hooks and cubbies for North Idaho winters. And we repair the trim and millwork that gets dinged, cracked, or water-damaged over the years, matching profiles so the fix blends in. Everything gets caulked, filled, and left paint-ready, whether we're painting it or handing it off clean.
