We handle the everyday plumbing that keeps a house running — installing faucets and fixtures, chasing down leaks, replacing worn shutoff valves and supply lines, repairing or swapping toilets, and servicing or replacing water heaters. A lot of what we fix around Post Falls is the slow leak nobody noticed: a dripping shutoff, a running toilet, a supply line that's been weeping under a sink long enough to warp the cabinet floor. Caught early it's a quick fix; ignored, it turns into a rot-and-mold problem behind the wall.
North Idaho adds a winter dimension most plumbers elsewhere don't deal with. The first real freeze finds every pipe that isn't protected — in crawlspaces, along exterior walls, and at hose bibs. We insulate vulnerable runs, seal the drafts that let cold air reach them, and set up the freeze prevention that keeps you from waking up to a burst line in January. It's a lot cheaper to protect a pipe in the fall than to open a wall and dry out a floor after it splits.
“The first hard freeze finds every pipe that isn't protected — we'd rather insulate it in October than thaw it in January.”
Many properties out here run on a well, so we're comfortable with the basics of pressure tanks, well-supplied fixtures, and the quirks that come with them. For anything beyond our scope or that requires a licensed specialty, we'll tell you plainly and point you to the right person rather than get in over our heads on your dime.
